Over de functie Voor een groeiende logistieke organisatie zoeken wij een Transportplanner. In deze afwisselende functie plan en coördineer je nationale en internationale transporten en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, chauffeurs en vervoerders. Je behandelt transportaanvragen, onderhoudt contact met betrokken partijen, bemiddelt waar nodig en verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling. Je werkt in een informeel team met korte lijnen en krijgt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de transportsector. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, chauffeurs en vervoerders. - Aannemen en verwerken van transportaanvragen. - Afstemmen van transporten tussen opdrachtgevers en transporteurs. - Verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden. Over het bedrijf Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevende internationale logistieke dienstverlener. Momenteel werken er 300 professionals. Zij organiseren verschillende ladingen, van kleine pakketen tot enorme ladingen. Met verschillende vestigingen in Nederland bieden zij een breed scala aan logistieke diensten. Jouw werkplek wordt het kantoor in Beverwijk. Wat vragen wij van jou Als persoon ben jij stressbestendig, flexibel en communicatief sterk. Daarnaast voel jij prettig in een dynamische werkomgeving. Verder vragen wij: - Minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in transport en logistiek. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie of binnen de transportsector. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels en Duits zijn een pré.
