Als Transportplanner ben jij de spil tussen chauffeurs, klanten, loodsmedewerkers en transporteurs. Jij zorgt ervoor dat dagelijkse transporten zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingepland en uitgevoerd.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer ben je bezig met het optimaliseren van routes, terwijl je het volgende moment een last-minute wijziging verwerkt of een oplossing bedenkt voor een spoedzending.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar snel schakelen, overzicht bewaren en vooruitdenken belangrijk zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

- Opstellen en optimaliseren van dagelijkse transportplanningen - Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs - Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs - Bewaken van levertijden en afspraken - Verwerken van transportopdrachten in het systeem - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen de planning - Afstemmen met de loods over inkomende en uitgaande goederen - Administratief verwerken van transportdocumenten - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen logistieke processen

- MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring als transportplanner, logistiek planner of dispatcher is een pré - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Beheersing van de Engelse taal - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht - Ervaring met transport- of planningssystemen is een plus - Je houdt overzicht en kunt snel schakelen
