Jij maakt de planning, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. Geen dag verloopt exact zoals gepland, maar juist daar krijg jij energie van. Je schakelt dagelijks met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat transportopdrachten efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en optimaliseren van transportplanningen en routes; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun dagelijkse ritten; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten over leveringen, zendingen en transportaanvragen; - Snel schakelen bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of spoedopdrachten en passende oplossingen bieden; Jouw werk zorgt ervoor dat klanten tevreden zijn en vrachtwagens optimaal worden ingezet.
