Benelux & Noord-Frankrijk

Voor een internationale speler binnen transport en logistiek, gevestigd in de Haven van Antwerpen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Transportplanner / Dispatcher voor de regio Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk.

Je komt terecht in een team van vier planners waar samenwerking, collegialiteit en een aangename werksfeer centraal staan. De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een internationale groep met een toegankelijke en mensgerichte bedrijfscultuur.

Jouw functie

Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt inplannen en opvolgen van transportopdrachten binnen de Benelux en Noord Frankrijk.

Je:

  • Plant en coördineert dagelijkse transporten in de Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk
  • Stuurt chauffeurs aan en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt
  • Optimaliseert routes en waakt over rendabiliteit
  • Onderhoudt professioneel contact met klanten en partners
  • Volgt leveringen nauwgezet op en grijpt proactief in bij wijzigingen
  • Zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking

Je combineert snelheid met structuur en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning wijzigt.

  • Je hebt ervaring in transportplanning, dispatching of logistieke coördinatie
  • Je bent stressbestendig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je functioneert graag in teamverband
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en schakelt snel
