Als Transportplanner zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een efficiënte organisatie van transporten en chauffeursplanning. Je volgt de dagelijkse transportflow op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging en aansturing van chauffeurs;
  • Opstellen en bijsturen van de transportplanning;
  • Communiceren van laad- en losprocedures via het ERP-systeem;
  • Snel schakelen bij wijzigingen of problemen in de planning;
  • Afstemmen van onderhoud en herstellingen met garage en externe partners;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met chauffeurs, collega’s en externe partners;
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte transportflow.
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en stressbestendig;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en kan snel schakelen;
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag in team;
  • Flexibel en leergierig ingesteld;
  • Zowel junior als ervaren profielen komen in aanmerking.
