The posting

Als transportplanner sta je in voor de dagelijkse planning en organisatie van de opdrachten van onze klanten. Je staat in nauw contact met onze chauffeurs, verzorgt een correcte administratie en afhandeling van onze ritten.

Wat betekent dit concreet?

Jouw rol

Na een intensieve on-the-job training krijg je een sleutelrol binnen ons planningsteam. Samen met ervaren collega's ben je de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze flow loopt.

  • Coördineren van de logistieke flow: Het organiseren en afstemmen van de volledige logistieke goederenstroom, van orderplanning tot levering. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van chauffeurs en voertuigen, bewaakt transporttijden en anticipeert op afwijkingen om een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van alle ritten te garanderen.
  • Dagelijkse planning en probleemoplossing: jij zorgt dat de uitdagingen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost, waardoor onze processen soepel blijven draaien.
  • Communicatie met chauffeurs: jij bent het aanspreekpunt en bouwt sterke, betrouwbare relaties op.
  • Transportadministratie en regelgeving: jij bewaakt nauwkeurig alle administratieve en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Follow-up van transportaanvragen: samen met je collega's zorg je dat elke aanvraag van start tot finish perfect wordt afgehandeld.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie van onze digitale planningssoftware en processen, zodat jij samen met jouw collega's steeds efficiënter kunnen werken.

  • Nauwkeurig werken voelt aan als een tweede natuur. Structuur houdt je wakker.
  • Jij houdt graag alles in beweging. Logistiek en transport boeien je.
  • Jij communiceert helder en spontaan, je schakelt vlot tussen collega-planners én chauffeurs.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt geen schrik om ook naar het Engels of het Frans over te schakelen.
  • Jij hebt al wat ervaring in een planningsfunctie en je weet hoe je overzicht houdt, ook als het druk wordt.
  • Je kan prima overweg met IT-toepassingen - ook nieuwe systemen heb je snel onder de knie.
  • Jij bent die teamspeler die graag in ploegen werkt en anderen motiveert.
