Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als TRANSPOTPLANNER EU?

  • Je plant en organiseert dagelijks transporten naar verschillende Europese landen.
  • Je zoekt voor elke transportaanvraag naar een efficiënte en passende transportoplossing.
  • Je maakt afspraken met transporteurs en onderhoudt nauw contact met verschillende transportpartners.
  • Je volgt transportdossiers administratief op van aanvraag tot levering.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met klanten, transporteurs en collega’s.
  • Je speelt snel in op wijzigingen in de planning en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen de bestaande processen.

Wat verwachten we van jou als TRANSPORTPLANNER EU?

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistieke planning of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer planningen onverwacht wijzigen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt dossiers administratief correct op.
  • Je bent hands-on en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en externe transportpartners.
