Transportplanner

In deze functie kom je terecht in een team van ongeveer 5 collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met andere operationele teams en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamleider controlekamer.

Onze afdeling transportplanning zorgt dagelijks voor 45 tot 60 ritten naar onze klant. Daarnaast organiseren we ook ophalingen in de buurt. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat verse producten vlot en correct van de teler tot in het distributiecentrum raken.

Jouw taken

  • Je leert stap voor stap hoe je ritten plant voor chauffeurs en charters. Tijdens je inwerkperiode word je begeleid door ervaren planners en dispatchers die je de werking van de afdeling leren kennen.
  • Je werkt met planningstools en leert hoe je chauffeurs aanstuurt en de nodige documenten correct verwerkt.
  • Je gebruikt je logisch inzicht om planningen op te volgen en mee oplossingen te zoeken wanneer er zich onverwachte situaties voordoen.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, werkt gestructureerd, kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en je bent gekend om het hoofd koel te houden.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega's uit verschillende operationele teams en denkt mee over hoe de werking nog beter kan verlopen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent net afgestudeerd, hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug als transportplanner, dispatcher of in een gelijkaardige planningsfunctie.
  • Je denkt logisch na en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan goed werken met MS Office en Excel
  • Je houdt van structuur brengen en leert graag hoe je een planning opbouwt en opvolgt.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen, blijft rustig wanneer het drukker wordt en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in ploegendiensten: 6u-14u en 14u-22u. Daarnaast werk je mee in een weekendrotatie van 1 op 5 weekends (zaterdag 6u-14u en zondag 9u-17u).

Tijdens je traject kunnen ook enkele praktijkgerichte testen aan bod komen, alsook persoonlijkheidstesten zullen opgenomen worden zodat we elkaar beter leren kennen en zicht krijgen op jouw manier van werken.
