Je komt terecht bij een familiaal transportbedrijf in de regio Kruisem dat al jarenlang actief is in nationaal en internationaal transport. Dagelijks verzorgt het bedrijf logistieke oplossingen voor B2B-klanten binnen de industrie en handel.

Met een modern wagenpark en een sterke reputatie op vlak van betrouwbaarheid en stipte leveringen speelt de onderneming een belangrijke rol binnen de transportsector. Korte communicatielijnen, een praktische aanpak en een hecht team zorgen ervoor dat je als Transportplanner een directe impact hebt op de dagelijkse werking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De werkdag start met het opvolgen van de lopende transporten en het controleren of alle chauffeurs volgens planning onderweg zijn
  • Tijdens de dag houd je contact met chauffeurs, los je onverwachte situaties zoals vertragingen of verloren goederen op en stuur je de planning bij waar nodig
  • Orders en transportdocumenten verwerk je nauwkeurig zodat alle ritten administratief correct worden opgevolgd
  • Samen met jouw collega werk je de transportplanning voor de volgende dag uit voor ritten binnen de Benelux en Frankrijk
  • De dag sluit je af met een overlegmoment waarin de planning, aandachtspunten en eventuele wijzigingen worden afgestemd
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning of dispatching is vereist
  • Stressbestendigheid, nauwkeurigheid en goede operationele planningskennis zijn noodzakelijk
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en transportsoftware
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels is noodzakelijk voor het dagelijkse contact met chauffeurs en klanten
