Voor een stabiel familiebedrijf in de regio Helmond / Eindhoven zoeken wij een ervaren Transportplanner die overzicht houdt, snel beslissingen neemt en graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Je komt direct in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever. Dit krijg je ✅ Salaris tussen €3.770 en €5.024 bruto per maand ✅ Direct dienstverband bij de opdrachtgever ✅ Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid ✅ Een verantwoordelijke functie midden in de transportoperatie ✅ Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer ✅ Minimaal 24 vakantiedagen + 3,5 ATV-dagen ✅ Pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding ✅ Werken bij een stabiel familiebedrijf met korte lijnen Dit ben jij Salaris 3770 - 5024 Dit ga je doen Functieomschrijving Als Transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat chauffeurs, voertuigen en transportopdrachten zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet. Je bent continu bezig met de vraag: hoe krijgen we alles op tijd, slim en rendabel van A naar B? Daarbij houd je je onder andere bezig met: - plannen van chauffeurs, voertuigen en transportopdrachten; - aannemen en verwerken van nieuwe transportopdrachten; - optimaliseren van belading en beperken van lege kilometers; - regelen van retour- en combivrachten; - contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, klanten en vervoerders; - snel schakelen bij vertraging, pech of wijzigingen; - uitbesteden van transport dat niet met eigen voertuigen gereden kan worden; - verwerken en controleren van ritten in het TMS-systeem; - maken van prijsopgaven en voormeldingen.
