Aantal uur: 40 uur Locatie: Westmaas We hebben voor de zomer deze vacature kunnen invullen, maar mogen vanwege uitbreiding van ons team nog een nieuwe collega werven. Als Transportplanner zorg je dat de vervoersopdrachten door middel van een efficiënte inzet van chauffeurs en voertuigen worden gepland. Hierbij staat de service richting de klant centraal, rekening houdend met de vastgestelde richtlijnen en wettelijke eisen (o.a. ADR wetgeving en rijtijdenbesluit). Je streeft naar een optimale klanttevredenheid en denkt mee, organisatiebreed, over een efficiënte inzet van ons wagenpark. Ons wagenpark bestaat uit eigen en ingehuurd materieel om aan ons uitdagende leverschema te kunnen voldoen. Je werkt samen in een team van 8 collega's met Martijn Louwerse als jouw leidinggevende. Samen zorgen we er voor dat er met een goede planning ook in het hoogseizoen geen onnodige overuren worden gemaakt. Werkzaamheden - Verzorgen van de dagelijkse planning voor stukgoedvervoer en op de langere termijn een allround rol over de vestigingen, waarbij ook het verzorgen van de planning tanktransport tot de werkzaamheden behoort - Verzorgen van de noodzakelijke documenten voor transport - Operationeel aansturen van chauffeurs - Verwerken van (digitaal) binnengekomen vrachtdocumenten - Intensief contact onderhouden met collega's van de operatie, logistiek en binnendienst - Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen/knelpunten en initiëren van verbetervoorstellen - Deelnemen aan diverse verbeter- en optimalisatieprojecten in het laagseizoen Share this post Functieoverzicht - Datum geplaatst 23 september 2026 - Vervaldatum -- - Ervaring 2 jaa...
