The posting

Onze klant is een gevestigde logistieke speler in de regio van Malderen. Met een eigen wagenpark van zo'n 70 chauffeurs zorgen zij dagelijks voor een vlekkeloze distributie van goederen door heel Europa. De bedrijfscultuur is er een van no-nonsense, korte lijnen en een echte hands-on aanpak.

In deze rol als Transportplanner ben je de onmisbare spil die de internationale ritten naar bestemmingen zoals Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Denemarken, de Benelux en de UK in goede banen leidt. Je puzzelt orders handmatig in elkaar, stuurt chauffeurs aan via de telefoon en zorgt dat elke vracht stipt en correct ter plaatse raakt. Je werkt in flexibele daguren.

Taken

  • Het inboeken en handmatig verwerken van inkomende orders tot duidelijke order- en verwerkbonnen.
  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van een efficiënte planning voor een 70-tal eigen chauffeurs voor internationale ritten.
  • Het telefonisch aansturen van en communiceren met chauffeurs, vaak in het Frans, over levertijden, route-aanpassingen of pannes.
  • Het nauwkeurig opnoteren van specifieke klant- en chauffeurseisen om de opvolging vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.
  • Het meedraaien in een permanentiesysteem (1 week op 4 van 18u tot 21u en in het weekend) om dringende telefoons op te vangen.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een aantal jaar ervaring binnen transport- en rittenplanning.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en Nederlands, zodat je moeiteloos kan schakelen met Franstalige chauffeurs bij pannes of vertragingen.
  • Ervaring met of een attest van ADR-goederen is een mooie meerwaarde, maar geen absolute must.
