Voor een groeiend familiebedrijf in grond- en infrastructuurwerken zoeken we een ervaren Transportplanner. Een organisatorisch talent dat rust brengt in de chaos, en tegelijk vlot schakelt met klanten en collega’s.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant het dagelijkse transport van containers, grondverzet en machines, rekening houdend met deadlines, routes en beschikbaarheid.
  • Je start je dag om 06u00, zodat alles tijdig op de werven geraakt.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s.
  • Je bewaakt de efficiëntie en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je speelt in op vragen van klanten en merkt commerciële opportuniteiten op.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe partijen en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een planningsfunctie (transport, logistiek of werfplanning)
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een natuurlijke drive om alles op wieltjes te laten lopen
  • Je houdt van vroeg starten en bent het best in de ochtend
  • Je communiceert helder, vriendelijk en to the point – zowel intern als extern
  • Je denkt klantgericht, zoekt oplossingen en speelt proactief in op commerciële vragen
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale plannings- en ERP-systemen (of leert ze snel kennen)
  • Je hebt een goed geografisch inzicht
