Functieomschrijving: Als transportplanner ben jij de spil in onze logistieke organisatie. Jouw hoofdtaak is het efficiënt organiseren en coördineren van alle ritten, zodat onze goederen altijd op tijd aankomen. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met de chauffeurs op de weg en staat onze klanten vriendelijk te woord bij vragen. Alle opdrachten verwerk je nauwkeurig in ons digitale systeem. Wanneer er onverhoopt een verstoring in de planning ontstaat, schakel je snel om een passende oplossing te vinden.

Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van onze werkwijze. Omdat we overstappen naar nieuwe software, is jouw inbreng cruciaal om deze transitie vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Je denkt kritisch mee over verbeteringen in onze processen en voert diverse administratieve taken uit. De functie wordt uitgevoerd in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
