Ben jij een organisatietalent met een passie voor transport en logistiek? Heb je de vaardigheden om transportstromen tussen havens en terminals in West-Europa te optimaliseren? Dan is deze functie als Planner Transport echt iets voor jou!

• Ben jij in staat om een optimale planning te maken voor de bestelde transporten door jouw toewezen chauffeurs? Ja/Nee

• Beschik jij over sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en ben je creatief in het vinden van oplossingen voor logistieke uitdagingen? Ja/Nee

• Werk jij graag in een dynamisch team en ben je een spil tussen chauffeurs en klanten? Ja/Nee

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van alle transportaanvragen van en naar de havens.
  • Het maken van vooraanmeldingen en het opvolgen van ritten, waarbij je altijd zoekt naar de meest efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Een proactieve communicatie met klanten om hen tijdig te informeren en samen naar oplossingen te zoeken.
  • Het ondersteunen van je collega-planners en het delen van kennis en ervaringen om samen de beste resultaten te behalen.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden bezit en klantgericht werkt.
  • In staat is om te plannen en te organiseren, proactief te handelen en problemen op te lossen.
  • Goed kan omgaan met wijzigende omstandigheden en hier juist energie uit haalt.
  • Ervaring heeft met container transportplanning.
  • De Nederlandse en Engelse taal beheerst, en kennis van de Franse of Duitse taal is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Vlot kan werken met ERP-systemen.
