Voor een gevestigde productieonderneming in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Transportplanner die graag overzicht houdt in een omgeving waar dagelijks heel wat goederen in beweging zijn. De organisatie is actief op internationale markten en combineert productie in België met een uitgebreid logistiek netwerk binnen en buiten Europa.

Als Transportplanner vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen transportpartners, chauffeurs en verschillende interne afdelingen. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig te plannen, snel te schakelen en ervoor te zorgen dat goederen correct en tijdig hun bestemming bereiken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De dagelijkse transportplanning organiseren en opvolgen staat centraal, waarbij je telkens de meest geschikte route en transportoplossing bepaalt
  • Voor verzendingen binnen Europa en wereldwijd schakel je met verschillende externe transportpartners en expressdiensten
  • Retourstromen, transportschade en ontbrekende colli’s volg je nauwgezet op tot het dossier correct is afgehandeld
  • Ook de administratieve kant van transport neem je voor jouw rekening met onder meer douane- en transportdocumentatie
  • Samen met commerciële, productie- en aankoopcollega’s bewaak je een vlotte informatiedoorstroming en verzorg je relevante logistieke rapportages en KPI-opvolging
  • Een bachelordiploma met logistieke of supply chain achtergrond geeft je de nodige basis voor deze functie
  • Eerste ervaring binnen logistiek of transport combineer je met een sterke interesse in goederenstromen en planning
  • Vlot werken met Office 365, ERP-software en routeplanningstools is noodzakelijk om je transporten efficiënt te organiseren
  • Goede kennis van Frans en Engels combineer je met analytisch inzicht, stressbestendigheid, een praktische ingesteldheid en voldoende assertiviteit
