Voor een internationale logistieke organisatie in regio Brugge zoeken we een Transportplanner. Deze onderneming beheert dagelijks transportstromen binnen Europa en werkt nauw samen met externe transportpartners en interne afdelingen. Als Transportplanner ben jij de schakel die capaciteit, planning en communicatie samenbrengt binnen een snel draaiende logistieke omgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Transportcapaciteit stem je dagelijks af met externe partners zodat ritten efficiënt en kostbewust ingepland blijven
  • Bij vertragingen of operationele wijzigingen neem je snel actie en zorg je voor duidelijke afstemming met betrokken partijen
  • Actief meedenken over capaciteitsbenutting en planningsverbeteringen vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol
  • Professionele communicatie met transportpartners en interne collega’s ondersteunt een vlotte dagelijkse werking
  • Het bewaken van prioriteiten en transportflows vraagt een gestructureerde aanpak en sterk organisatorisch inzicht
  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau door relevante ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen transportplanning of een gelijkaardige logistieke functie is vereist
  • Een goede kennis van transportprocessen en digitale planningstools is noodzakelijk
  • Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels gecombineerd met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
