Transportplanner internationaal wegtransport vers-vriesprodukten Functieomschrijving:Als transportplanner draag je bij aan een optimale service richting onze klanten. Je bereidt transportopdrachten voor en organiseert de uitvoering hiervan. Hierbij maak je gebruik van geavanceerde planningssytemen om met chauffeurs en charters te communiceren. Ook de administratieve afhandeling van de transportopdrachten behoort tot je takenpakket. Bootboekingen, track & trace, rapportages en het checken op naleving van afspraken vormen een dagelijks onderdeel van je bezigheden. De afdeling planning is momenteel opgesplitst in een Engeland/Ierland en een Binnenland/Continentaal team. Voor beide teams wordt je uitgenodigd te solliciteren. Samenwerking en functieroulatie zijn belangrijk om onze klanten optimale service te kunnen bieden, de complexe klantvragen in goede banen te leiden en om je persoonlijke ontwikkeling te stimuleren. Hiertoe wordt er gewerkt in een schema van dienstroosters. De bezetting van het team is 6 dagen per week: maandag t/m zaterdag, 24 uur per dag. Jouw profiel Ervaring als (transport)planner is een pre Bereidheid tot lange werkdagen, overwerk en geregeld werken in het weekend. Bereid tot het werken in ploegendiensten van 700u tot 1600u en van 1600u tot 0001u. Stressbestendig Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau Je hebt logistieke werkervaring, waarvan een groot deel bij een transportorganisatie Je bent proactief, flexibel, klantgericht en organisatorisch sterk Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden Je hebt een uitstekende geografische kennis m.b.t. Europa Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en systemen m.b.t. transportmanagement/ritplanning Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, waarnaast kennis van andere Europese talen een pre is Je bent bereid mee te draaien in een dienstroosterschema Je houdt van de dynamiek en hectiek die past binnen de logistieke sector.
