  • Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande transporten;
  • Je verwerkt en plant transportorders en volgt zendingen nationaal en internationaal op;
  • Je stelt transport- en douanedocumenten op en controleert deze nauwkeurig;
  • Je beheert retourzendingen en behandelt uitzonderingen waar nodig;
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, transporteurs en interne stakeholders;
  • Je behandelt escalaties en dringende transportaanvragen op een professionele manier;
  • Als Transporplanner analyseer je transportprestaties en volg je KPI's op;
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de optimalisatie van logistieke processen.
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of supply chain;
  • Je hebt kennis van transportdocumentatie en douaneformaliteiten;
  • Je communiceert vlot met diverse stakeholders;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, proactief en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en MS Office;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed;
  • Als Transportplanner behoud je het overzicht en stel je de juiste prioriteiten.
