Konnekt zoekt een Transportplanner koeltransport (Planner Reefer) voor een gevestigde onderneming in regio Blankenberge. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, initiatief en een vlotte organisatie centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je plant en coördineert internationale transporten binnen Europa, rekening houdend met de specifieke vereisten van de goederen.
  • Je werkt samen met vaste vervoerders en externe transportpartners en streeft naar een efficiënte planning.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, vervoerders, onderaannemers en het magazijn.
  • Je volgt klantorders en transporten van A tot Z op en schakelt snel bij wijzigingen of problemen.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over een optimale transportplanning en het beperken van lege kilometers.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van transportgegevens en kosten.
  • Je neemt deel aan een beurtrol voor bereikbaarheid bij incidenten of op feestdagen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in transport en logistiek. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning verandert en kunt snel schakelen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
