Heb jij een passie voor logistiek en hou je ervan om transporten efficiënt te organiseren? Ben je communicatief sterk en krijg je energie van een dynamische werkomgeving? Dan ben jij misschien de transportplanner die wij zoeken!

Als transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte planning van de transporten en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking efficiënt verloopt en speelt snel in op onverwachte situaties.

Jouw taken

  • Je onderhoudt een goed en persoonlijk contact met de chauffeurs.
  • Je plant de dagelijkse transporten efficiënt in.
  • Je volgt de planning op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Werkuren

  • Vaste late ploeg: 13.30 uur tot 22.00 uur
  • Je werkt één zaterdag per maand.

PROFIEL Profiel

  • Ook schoolverlaters zijn van harte welkom.
  • Je hebt een passie of sterke interesse in logistiek, distributie of transport.
  • Je wil je verdiepen in de wereld van transportplanning.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je neemt gemakkelijk de telefoon om chauffeurs of collega's te contacteren.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team.
