Jouw uitdaging

Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van transporten. Je vormt de schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs.
  • Coördineren van transportopdrachten en ritten.
  • Anticiperen op wijzigingen en snel oplossingen uitwerken bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en bewaken van de afgesproken service.
  • Optimaliseren van routes en transportbewegingen.
  • Communiceren met klanten, chauffeurs en interne stakeholders.
  • Administratief verwerken van transportgegevens en planningen.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de logistieke processen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning, dispatching of logistiek.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van courante computerprogramma's.
  • Kennis van transportwetgeving en logistieke processen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
