Als planner nationaal en internationaal transport ben jij degene die overzicht bewaart wanneer het complex wordt.

Je organiseert uitgaande leveringen in België én inkomende goederenstromen uit Spanje en Italië.

Je schakelt vlot tussen chauffeurs, klanten en de commerciële binnendienst en zorgt ervoor dat elke levering klopt. Op tijd, volledig en correct.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in daguren en houdt de volledige logistieke flow strak in handen.

  • Je plant en coördineert nationale en internationale transporten.
  • Je volgt inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met chauffeurs, klanten en de commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je bewaakt dossiers van bestelling tot levering en houdt de administratie correct.
  • Je werkt met cijfers en statistieken om transport efficiënter en kostbewuster te organiseren.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen binnen logistiek en service.
  • Je ondersteunt de binnendienst wanneer extra afstemming nodig is.
  • Je werkt één zaterdagvoormiddag per week, gecompenseerd met een vrije halve dag.

Wie zoeken we echt?

Iemand die graag puzzelt, vooruitdenkt en rust brengt in complexiteit.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Spaans of Italiaans is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en voelt je comfortabel in Excel.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en houdt van plannen en rekenen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en servicegericht.
  • Je blijft rustig en overzichtelijk, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet kansen om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je functioneert goed in team en communiceert helder.
  • Je bent bereid om een zaterdagvoormiddag te werken.
