Voor een dynamische en groeiende transportorganisatie zoeken we een gedreven transportplanner die energie haalt uit organiseren, schakelen en oplossen. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal team waar humor, teamwork en een sterke servicegerichte mindset centraal staan. In deze rol zorg je voor een efficiënte planning, een vlotte communicatie met chauffeurs en klanten, en een optimale inzet van middelen binnen een snel evoluerende omgeving.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Organiseer ad‑ hoc dedicated transporten (nationaal & internationaal) met focus op service en efficiëntie.
  • Zoek creatieve oplossingen voor klanten en onderaannemers, ook in uitdagende situaties.
  • Maak een efficiënte planningspuzzel en neem beslissingen onder tijdsdruk.
  • Bouw een sterke band op met chauffeurs en werk nauw samen met andere afdelingen.
  • Communiceer vlot en duidelijk met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Gebruik digitale tools zoals Transics/TX‑ Connect en andere planningssoftware.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of eerste ervaring als transportplanner/dispatcher.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt geen nine‑ to‑ five mentaliteit en houdt van variatie gezien je in shiften werkt tussen 7u en 19u30 met occasioneel een permanentie.
  • Je bent punctueel, stressbestendig en sterk planmatig.
  • Je hebt geografisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over goede digitale vaardigheden en kan tools zoals Transics/ TX-Connect gebruiken.
