Voor de functie van Transportcoördinator kom je terecht bij een gevestigde, familiale logistieke dienstverlener met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring, centraal gelegen in Oost-Vlaanderen.

Als toonaangevende specialist ontzorgt de organisatie klanten in de Benelux en Frankrijk met maatwerk in niche- en volumetransport. Denk aan het schadevrij leveren van hoogwaardig interieur, efficiënt lossen met meeneemheftrucks (kooiaap) op werven, en het veilig vervoeren van ADR-goederen.

Ondanks de gestage groei blijft dit een familiebedrijf in hart en nieren. Je komt terecht in een hecht team en een no-nonsense werkomgeving met een betrokken directie, korte communicatielijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak. Initiatief wordt hier oprecht gewaardeerd, en dankzij geavanceerde planningssoftware en een goed onderhouden wagenpark beschik je over de juiste middelen om je functie optimaal uit te oefenen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijks opstellen van efficiënte routes voor 6 chauffeurs (ca. 5 tot 6 ritten/dag)
  • Strikt toezien op de ADR-wetgeving rond gespecialiseerd tanktransport (chemie en gevaarlijke stoffen)
  • Intensief dagelijks contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers
  • Telefonisch bereikbaar zijn tijdens de operationele uren (07:00 - 19:00) bij wijzigingen of dringende vragen
  • Nauwkeurig verwerken en beheren van vrachtbrieven, transportdocumenten en klantdossiers
  • Bieden van directe operationele en administratieve ondersteuning aan de zaakvoerder
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Relevante ervaring in de logistiek/transportplanning en kennis van ADR/tanktransport (gevaarlijke stoffen)
  • Goede computervaardigheden en het vermogen om snel nieuwe software aan te leren
  • Communicatief sterk, administratief nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
  • Praktisch ingesteld met een zelfstandige, hands-on mentaliteit in een KMO-omgeving
