Dan is deze vacature Transportplanner Tankvervoer in regio Capelle aan den IJssel iets voor jou. Voor een logistieke organisatie gespecialiseerd in tanktransport en opslag van vloeistoffen zoeken wij een planner die direct schakelt wanneer een planning verandert en ervoor zorgt dat chauffeurs, voertuigen en ritten goed op elkaar aansluiten. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Wat ga je doen? Als Transportplanner Tankvervoer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en begeleiding van nationale en internationale tanktransporten. Een groot deel van de planning verandert gedurende de dag, waardoor snel schakelen essentieel is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Plannen en bewaken van transportopdrachten; - Het koppelen van orders aan de juiste trekker, oplegger en chauffeur; - Begeleiden en instrueren van chauffeurs gedurende de dag; - Het informeren van klanten over wijzigingen, vertragingen en bijzonderheden; - Afstemmen met externe vervoerders over beschikbare capaciteit en retourritten; - Het zoeken naar de meest efficiënte oplossing wanneer planningen aangepast moeten worden; - Administratief verwerken en afronden van transportopdrachten; - Werken met planningssystemen zoals Ixolution en Trimble .
