Konnekt zoekt een Transportplanner voor een gevestigde onderneming in regio Kortrijk. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, initiatief en een vlotte organisatie centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je plant en coördineert internationale transporten, voornamelijk groepagevrachten en in mindere mate volle vrachten.
  • Je staat in voor de planning en opvolging van vaste lijnwagens tussen het magazijn en het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Ierland, in nauwe samenwerking met externe transportpartners.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, vervoerders, onderaannemers en het magazijn en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.
  • Je volgt transporten van A tot Z op en schakelt snel bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of andere operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je verzorgt de transportadministratie, waaronder het opmaken en controleren van CMR's en andere transport- en losdocumenten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over een efficiënte transportplanning en een optimale inzet van de beschikbare transportcapaciteit.
  • Je neemt deel aan een beurtrol voor bereikbaarheid bij incidenten of op feestdagen.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen transportplanning of logistiek, bij voorkeur binnen een internationale transportomgeving.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht en kunt snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
