Wij zijn voor onze vestiging in Breda – Hazeldonk per direct op zoek naar een fulltime transportplanner UK

Dan is dit zo’n kans waar je even bij stil moet staan.Bij Schavemaker Logistics Solutions zoeken we een Transportplanner UK die energie krijgt van schakelen, plannen en het overzicht bewaren in een dynamische internationale omgeving.

Wat ga je doen? Als Transportplanner UK ben jij de spil in onze transporten van en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel loopt: van planning tot uitvoering. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten.

Concreet ga je:

- Plannen en coördineren van internationale ritten van en naar de UK

- Dagelijks communiceren met chauffeurs, klanten, charters, rederijen en collega’s

- Coördineren van inklaringen en uitklaringen in samenwerking met klanten, douane-agenten en ferry-operators.

- Werken met een modern TMS-systeem en diverse portals voor bootboekingen en Douanesystemen.

- Snel, doordacht en oplossingsgericht schakelen bij wijzigingen of verstoringen

- Meedenken over slimme, efficiënte en klantgerichte oplossingen

Je werkt in een team waarin samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is en waar je op elkaar kunt bouwen.

Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, ook als het druk wordt, en die prettig communiceert met verschillende partijen. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk, werkt gestructureerd en weet je weg in digitale systemen.

Jij:

- Bent communicatief vaardig en schakelt makkelijk met chauffeurs, charters, rederijen klanten en collega’s

- Bent een echte teamplayer: je helpt elkaar verder en staat open voor feedback.

- Bent handig en snel in het werken met TMS-systemen en logistieke portals

- Werkt nauwkeurig en blijft ru
