We zijn dé specialist in geconditioneerd transport tussen Nederland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Frankrijk. 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen in de week. En van groupage tot complete vrachten. Ook zijn we thuis in forwarding services voor andere bestemmingen en hebben we mogelijkheid voor op- en overslag. Zo'n functie is het Hoe krijgen we alle vrachten zo efficiënt mogelijk in Nederland, België, Engeland en Frankrijk? Zeg jij het maar, samen je team van collega's. Je accepteert orders, stemt de prijzen af en verwerkt de binnenkomende orders. De uitdaging is om binnen de gestelde tijden en het budget te blijven. Daarom zoek je indien nodig naar extra lading en zorg je dat we geen loze kilometers maken. Daar hoort veel en regelmatig contact bij: met klanten, met chauffeurs en met ingehuurde chauffeurs. Verandert er iets in de planning, bijvoorbeeld het laadadres, door een file of iets anders? Jij komt met een oplossing. Verder zorg je dat alle transportdocumenten die nodig zijn in orde zijn en je begeleidt de verlading (crossdocking en opslag). Hou je ook nog even in de gaten of onze chauffeurs het Rijtijdenbesluit opvolgen? En werk je meteen alle overige administratie rond het transport weg? Mooi, dan kun je vandaag al beginnen! De werktijden zijn van 6.00-15.00 uur, van 8.30-17.00 uur, of van 10.30-20.00 uur. Eens per drie weken heb je weekenddienst: werken op zaterdag, telefoondienst op zondag. Zo'n type ben jij - Je hebt minimaal mbo-niveau in een logistieke richting en twee jaar ervaring in het plannen van (geconditioneerd) vervoer. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook als de stressmeter weleens rood uitslaat, en je blijft ook flexibel. - Je bent iemand die goed in het team past. - Je communiceert makkelijk in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel spreken als schrijven, Frans is een pre. - Je voelt je verantwoordelijk ...
