Deze Transportplanner komt terecht in een internationale speler binnen de voedingssector met meerdere vestigingen verspreid over Europa. In de regio Kortrijk werk je samen met een team binnen een productieomgeving waar dagelijks grote volumes verwerkt worden.

Het bedrijf telt duizenden medewerkers en focust op de verwerking en levering van voedingsproducten voor zowel retail als foodservice. De organisatie combineert logistieke expertise met een sterke focus op continue productie en efficiënte aanvoer.

Binnen deze context speel jij als Transportplanner een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een vlotte aanvoer van grondstoffen en een optimale afstemming met productie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse transportplanning voor de aanvoer van grondstoffen correct wordt opgesteld en opgevolgd
  • De afstemming met leveranciers en partners verloopt via jou, zodat een vlotte en tijdige aanvoer gegarandeerd blijft
  • Mogelijke tekorten worden door jou tijdig gesignaleerd, waarna je snel inspeelt op last-minute wijzigingen
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning optimaal ondersteund wordt
  • Het beheren en up-to-date houden van planningssystemen behoort tot jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid
  • Optimalisatie van transportstromen staat centraal, met focus op kostenbeheersing en minimale productieverliezen
  • Heldere communicatie richting interne teams en externe partners garandeert een transparante planning
  • Snel schakelen bij veranderingen is essentieel om de planning steeds correct en haalbaar te houden
  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen transportplanning of supply chain
  • Ervaring met complexe planningen en bij voorkeur kennis van aanvoerplanning
  • Kennis van planningssystemen, ERP en Excel is noodzakelijk voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de functie
