Ben jij een sterke planner met een logistieke mindset en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid? Hou je ervan om chauffeurs aan te sturen en dagelijks het overzicht te bewaren in een operationele omgeving? Dan is deze functie als Logistiek Coördinator / Planner iets voor jou!

Jouw rol in het team

Als logistiek coördinator ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van de glasinzameling en -levering. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en externe partners.

Wat doe je precies als logistiek coördinator / planner?

  • Je stelt de dagelijkse planning op voor kraanwagens, kipperwagens en containerwagens.
  • Je stuurt chauffeurs aan en ondersteunt hen bij vragen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je verzorgt de bijhorende logistieke en personeelsadministratie.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor intercommunales en andere klanten.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op ad-hoc problemen en zorgt steeds voor een correcte oplossing.

  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en weet steeds het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid typeren jouw aanpak.
  • Problemen zie je als uitdagingen en je haalt voldoening uit het helpen van klanten en collega’s.
  • Je kan vlot werken met de courante computerprogramma’s.
