Jobomschrijving

Als transport supervisor voor de bulkwagens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de transportactiviteiten. Je combineert operationele opvolging met structurele verbeterinitiatieven en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënter, slimmer en consistenter verlopen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande taken:

  • Aansturen en coördineren van de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten, met focus op efficiëntie en optimalisatie;
  • Bewaken van het volledige order-to-cash proces: van correcte orderinput tot foutloze facturatie;
  • Plannen van capaciteit, toewijzen van ritten en bijsturen op basis van real-time informatie;
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van afspraken en wetgeving;
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van KPI’s en implementeren van gerichte verbeteracties;
  • Intensief samenwerken met interne stakeholders (sites, fleet, sales, customer service);
  • Leidinggeven aan planners/dispatch en chauffeurs, met aandacht voor duidelijke communicatie, coaching en teamspirit;
  • Je stuurt 18 chauffeurs (bulk) aan met uitvalsbasis Dottenijs

Ben jij de transportverantwoordelijke naar waar wij op zoek gaan?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de transportsector; ervaring met haakwagens/afzetcontainers is een plus;
  • Bewezen ervaring in het aansturen van planners/dispatch; je bent duidelijk, rustig en besluitvaardig;
  • Sterk in planning, data-analyse en het effectief inzetten van digitale tools;
  • Vlot in Nederlands, met professionele communicatievaardigheden in Frans en Engels;
  • Bereid tot verplaatsingen binnen de werkregio en naar andere sites indien nodig.
