Heb jij ervaring als chauffeur én haal je energie uit het organiseren van transporten en het aansturen van collega's? Wil je werken in een ambachtelijke bakkerij in Heusden-Zolder waar verse bakkerijproducten dagelijks hun weg vinden naar klanten in de retail? Dan is deze uitdaging bij Crelem Bakeries iets voor jou.

Als transportverantwoordelijke ben jij de spilfiguur achter een vlotte distributie. Je combineert een coördinerende rol met actief meewerken als chauffeur.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het opmaken, opvolgen en optimaliseren van distributieroutes.
  • Het integreren van nieuwe klanten in bestaande rondes.
  • Het aanpassen van de planning bij operationele wijzigingen.
  • Het opvolgen van prestaties en werkuren van chauffeurs.
  • Het beheren van transportadministratie zoals leeggoed, klantendossiers en transportgegevens.
  • Het controleren en goedkeuren van distributiegerelateerde facturen.
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor chauffeurs en medewerkers aan de laadkade.
  • Het bewaken van een vlot verloop van leveringen.
  • Zelf uitvoeren van leveringen en ophalingen bij klanten.

Je werkt voornamelijk tijdens de nachturen tussen ongeveer 00u00 en 10u00.

Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs C of CE.

Je hebt een geldige Code 95, medische schifting en bestuurderskaart.

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als chauffeur. Ervaring in distributie is een plus.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer planningen wijzigen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's en communiceert op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier.

Je bent bereid om hoofdzakelijk in een nachtregime te werken.
