Voor een internationale speler binnen de reiswereld met een sterke lokale aanwezigheid in België is MOoN Werving & Selectie op zoek naar een ervaren Travel Consultant

Jouw functie

Als Leisure Travel Professional maak je van reiswensen concrete, bijzondere reiservaringen.

Je luistert naar de klant, stelt de juiste vragen en gebruikt jouw bestemmingskennis en ervaring om een reis samen te stellen die écht bij hem of haar past. Dat kan een bijzondere citytrip zijn, een cruise, een rondreis of een volledig uitgewerkte verre droomreis.

Je begeleidt jouw klanten van de eerste ideeën tot hun terugkeer en bent gedurende het volledige traject hun vertrouwde aanspreekpunt.

Concreet zal je:

  • reisvoorstellen op maat uitwerken en klanten inspireren met jouw expertise;
  • vluchten, hotels, rondreizen, cruises en andere reisproducten boeken;
  • dossiers administratief correct opvolgen;
  • wijzigingen, annulaties en operationele vragen efficiënt en klantgericht behandelen;
  • contacten onderhouden met airlines, hotels, touroperators, brokers, DMC’s en andere partners;
  • klanten adviseren over reisformaliteiten, bestemmingen en mogelijke reisrisico’s;
  • digitale tools, social media en AI inzetten om slimmer te werken en klanten nog beter te bedienen;
  • duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen;
  • actief meedenken over manieren om nieuwe klanten en klantensegmenten te bereiken;

Je combineert digitale dienstverlening met persoonlijk contact. Voor bepaalde klantafspraken ben je flexibel om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die de reiswereld kent en oprecht enthousiast wordt van het samenstellen van mooie reizen. Je bent commercieel ingesteld, maar nooit ten koste van goed advies: voor jou begint een duurzame klantenrelatie bij luisteren, vertrouwen en service.

  • heb je relevante ervaring binnen leisure travel;
  • ken je GDS- en andere reservatiesystemen;
  • heb je ervaring met touroperators, brokers, DMC’s en andere spelers binnen de reisindustrie;
  • ben je vertrouwd met de relevante reiswetgeving en weet je die in de praktijk correct toe te passen;
  • combineer je sterke adviesvaardigheden met commerciële feeling;
  • communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • neem je graag initiatief en zie je kansen om bestaande én nieuwe klanten beter te bereiken;
  • ben je flexibel en vind je het geen probleem om je voor relevante klantafspraken te verplaatsen.
