Ben jij een ervaren reisprofessional met een passie voor leisure travel? Krijg je energie van het samenstellen van unieke vakanties en droomreizen en combineer je een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid met uitstekende klantenservice?

Voor onze klant te België zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Leisure Travel Expert/Travel Consultant die klanten persoonlijk adviseert en begeleidt bij het uitwerken van hun ideale reis. Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen de verdere groei van de leisureactiviteiten en krijgt de ruimte om zowel klantenrelaties als nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten uit te bouwen.

Je gebruikt jouw kennis van bestemmingen, reisproducten en leveranciers om voor iedere klant een persoonlijk en passend reisvoorstel uit te werken.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Stelt individuele reisvoorstellen en vakanties op maat samen.
  • Adviseert klanten over bestemmingen, reisformules en mogelijke reiservaringen.
  • Combineert jouw kennis van de reiswereld met een persoonlijke adviesaanpak.
  • Werkt reisconcepten uit die aansluiten bij de verwachtingen en het profiel van de klant.
  • Begeleidt klanten vanaf de eerste inspiratie tot na afloop van hun reis.
  • Zorgt voor een persoonlijke klantenbeleving waarbij service en kwaliteit centraal staan.
  • Boeken van vluchten, hotels, rondreizen, cruises en andere reisproducten.
  • Correct administratief afhandelen van reisboekingen.
  • Beheren van wijzigingen en annulaties.
  • Beantwoorden van operationele vragen en zoeken naar geschikte oplossingen.
  • Bewaken van de volledigheid en juistheid van elk reisdossier.
  • Reisformaliteiten en noodzakelijke documenten.
  • Praktische aandachtspunten bij internationale reizen.
  • Relevante informatie die klanten nodig hebben om goed voorbereid te vertrekken.
  • Signaleert commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit.
  • Spreekt potentiële nieuwe klantengroepen aan.
  • Helpt de zichtbaarheid van de leisureactiviteiten vergroten.
  • Breidt actief jouw professionele netwerk binnen de reiswereld uit.
  • Denkt mee over nieuwe manieren om klanten digitaal én persoonlijk te bereiken.
  • Ervaring binnen de leisure reiswereld.
  • Een grondige interesse in reizen en een sterke passie voor leisure travel.
  • Ervaring met GDS-systemen en andere reservatieplatformen.
  • Kennis van touroperators, brokers, DMC's en andere leveranciers binnen de reisindustrie.
  • Kennis van de relevante reiswetgeving en het vermogen om deze correct toe te passen.
  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en een klantgerichte commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Het talent om klantwensen te vertalen naar aantrekkelijke reisvoorstellen op maat.
  • Een commerciële neus voor het herkennen en benutten van opportuniteiten.
  • De capaciteit om duurzame klantenrelaties uit te bouwen.
  • Een professionele en vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Interesse in AI, nieuwe technologieën en digitale communicatie.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid en de bereidheid om klanten op verschillende locaties te ontmoeten.
  • Een zelfstandige en ondernemende werkhouding waarbij je graag initiatief neemt.
