ls Travel Consultant Leisure help je klanten om hun droomreis werkelijkheid te maken.

Je luistert naar hun wensen, gebruikt jouw expertise om hen te inspireren en stelt reisvoorstellen samen die hun verwachtingen overtreffen.

Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om actief mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening, het bereiken van nieuwe klanten en het versterken van de zichtbaarheid van de leisure activiteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je creëert unieke en gepersonaliseerde reisvoorstellen op maat.
  • Je begeleidt klanten vanaf de eerste inspiratie tot en met hun terugkeer.
  • Je boekt vluchten, hotels, rondreizen, cruises en andere reisproducten op maat van de klant.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van de dossiers.
  • Je behandelt wijzigingen, annulaties en operationele vragen efficiënt en klantgericht.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, hotels, touroperators, brokers en andere leveranciers.
  • Je adviseert klanten over reisformaliteiten, bestemmingsinformatie en mogelijke reisrisico's.
  • Je maakt gebruik van technologie, social media en AI-tools om efficiënter te werken en klanten nog beter te ondersteunen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en weet commerciële opportuniteiten te herkennen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de groei van de leisure activiteiten door nieuwe klantensegmenten aan te spreken en het netwerk verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je combineert digitale dienstverlening met persoonlijk klantencontact.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in de kantoren in Antwerpen, Hasselt en Zaventem voor fysieke afspraken met klanten.
  • Wanneer dit een meerwaarde biedt, ben je bereid om je ook naar klanten thuis te verplaatsen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren travel professional die passie voor reizen combineert met commerciële feeling en een sterke focus op klantenservice.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de leisure reiswereld.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van GDS en andere reservatiesystemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of kennis van touroperators, brokers, DMC's en andere leveranciers binnen de reisindustrie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de relevante reiswetgeving en weet deze correct toe te passen in de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Je hebt een oprechte passie voor reizen en weet deze passie te vertalen naar sterke en persoonlijke reisadviezen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende adviesvaardigheden en weet duurzame klantenrelaties op te bouwen.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en weet commerciële opportuniteiten te vertalen naar passende reisvoorstellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar en geïnteresseerd in nieuwe technologieën, AI en digitale communicatiekanalen.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen en opportuniteiten.
  • Je bent flexibel en verplaatst je vlot naar klanten thuis of naar één van de andere kantoren wanneer dit een meerwaarde biedt.
