Bij Balance Point Control (BPC) zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Planning & travel medewerker in Emmen. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze medewerkers, de operationele afdeling en externe partijen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom travel en personeelsplanning soepel verloopt. Van het boeken van een vlucht tot het regelen van vervoer en van een last-minute wijziging tot een spoedgeval: jij houdt het hoofd koel, bewaart het overzicht en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. En minstens zo belangrijk: bij BPC kom je terecht in een informele en gemoedelijke werksfeer. We werken professioneel en met elkaar aan mooie resultaten, maar vinden het ook belangrijk dat er ruimte is voor humor, gezelligheid en een goede samenwerking. De lijnen zijn kort en collega's weten elkaar makkelijk te vinden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt te maken met interne dynamiek én externe factoren die invloed hebben op de planning. Jij zorgt in die dynamiek voor overzicht, rust en structuur. Wat ga je doen? Als Planning & travel medewerker ben jij de spin in het web als het gaat om de mobiliteit en planning van onze medewerkers. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het boeken en wijzigen van vluchten; - Het regelen van vervoer en andere travel-gerelateerde zaken; - Het tijdig verstrekken van vluchtdetails en belangrijke reisinformatie aan medewerkers; - Het afstemmen en coördineren van personeelsplanning en travel; - Dagelijks schakelen met onze Operationele afdeling; - Ervoor zorgen dat werkzaamheden op locatie volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving kunnen plaatsvinden; - Zorgen dat medewerkers ook buiten kantoortijden over de juiste informatie beschikken; - Cont...
