Treasury Accountant (m/v/x), regio Kallo

Ben je op zoek naar een uitdagende rol waarin financiële expertise en automatisatie samenkomen? Voor onze klant in Kallo zijn wij op zoek naar een Treasury Accountant met een sterke focus op procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering. In deze functie speel je een centrale rol in het beheren van financiële stromen én het automatiseren van repetitieve taken, waardoor je actief bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het finance team.

Jouw takenpakket

Dagelijkse taken:

  • Uitvoeren en verwerken van manuele betalingen;
  • Boeken en opvolgen van banktransacties;
  • Beheer van de dagelijkse bankfunding;
  • Updaten van bankbalansen.

Wekelijkse taken:

  • Aanvullen van de cashflowforecast met actuele cijfers;
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de wekelijkse payment run;
  • Verwerken van betalingen met betrekking tot lonen.

Maandelijkse taken:

  • Afstemmen van intercompany;
  • Updaten en aanvullen van de forecast;
  • Voorbereiden van cash calls;
  • Opmaken en verwerken van allocaties en royalties;
  • Beheer van bank- en intercompany leningen;
  • Administratief beheer van leasingcontracten;
  • Verwerken van prepaids en accruals;
  • Uitvoeren van maandelijkse closing taken.

Automatisatie:

  • Opzetten van Power Automate flows voor het automatiseren van repetitieve taken en mailverkeer;
  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van Power BI dashboards voor visualisatie van cashflows en rapportages;
  • Identificeren en implementeren van efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen treasury- en accountingprocessen;
  • Samenwerken met IT en finance teams rond automatiseringsoplossingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Minimaal 2-5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen treasury, finance of accounting;
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels;
  • Vlot met Excel en ERP-systemen;
  • Ervaring met betalingsverkeer, cashflowbeheer en banktransacties;
  • Kennis van intercompany transacties en boekhoudkundige processen is een plus;
  • Affiniteit met automatisering en procesoptimalisatie;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, proactief en oplossingsgericht, en bent een echte teamplayer.
