The posting

Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een GL Boekhouder (m/v/x) voor een groeiende organisatie actief binnen technologie, logistiek en academie.

Als GL Boekhouder neem je een brede en autonome rol op binnen het finance team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene boekhouding en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking, afsluiting en rapportering volgens de Belgische boekhoudnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Treasury / GL Boekhouder sta je onder andere in voor:

Treasury & cashflow

  • Monitoren en beheren van de verschillende bankrekeningen;
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van cashflow forecasts;
  • Mee bepalen van betalingsprioriteiten;
  • Verwerken van bankrekeningafschriften in het ERP-systeem;
  • Verzorgen van rapporteringen met betrekking tot treasury en cashflow;
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.

General Ledger & accounting

  • Verzorgen van de algemene boekhouding van één of meerdere vennootschappen;
  • Uitvoeren van het nodige inboekwerk;
  • Boeken en opvolgen van provisies;
  • Verwerken van overlopende rekeningen;
  • Uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties;
  • Ondersteunen van de btw-werkzaamheden, zonder hiervoor de eindverantwoordelijkheid te dragen;
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van de boekhoudkundige afsluiting.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring binnen algemene boekhouding en afsluitprocessen;
  • Je kan zelfstandig een boekhouding beheren en neemt ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudprincipes (BE GAAP);
  • Je hebt ervaring met btw-verplichtingen en fiscale aangiftes;
  • Ervaring met Navision is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en werkt graag autonoom.
