Jouw takenpakket als Troubleshooter / ervaren service-technieker bestaat uit:

  • Het verlenen van technische bijstand op locatie bij hardnekkige en complexe defecten aan diverse liftinstallaties.
  • Het grondig analyseren van terugkerende storingen en het uitwerken van een duurzame, veilige oplossing.
  • Het coachen, begeleiden en adviseren van de servicetechnici in jouw regio, zowel ter plaatse op de werf als telefonisch.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het engineering- en serviceteam om processen, procedures en kwaliteit continu te optimaliseren.
  • Een duidelijke en accurate rapportering van je bevindingen en uitgevoerde interventies aan de technical supervisor.

Profiel

Als Troubleshooter / ervaren service-technieker herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een zeer uitgebreide en aantoonbare ervaring in het herstellen en opsporen van storingen aan liften (ervaring met diverse merken/multinationals is een absolute must).
  • Je bezit een echte mentormentaliteit: je deelt je technische vakkennis graag met collega's om hen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en vlot met zowel interne teams als klanten.
  • Je werkt uiterst zelfstandig, bent stressbestendig bij dringende oproepen en stelt veiligheid steeds voorop.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
