Ben jij de lifttechnieker die pas echt warmloopt als een defect onoplosbaar lijkt? Krijg je energie van complexe technische puzzels en deel je jouw expertise graag met collega’s? Dan is deze rol als Troubleshooter jou op het lijf geschreven!

Voor de regio Oost-Vlaanderen de meest hardnekkige storingen definitief van de baan helpt.

Wat ga je doen?Als Troubleshooter ben jij de back-up én de mentor van ons serviceteam. Je bent het technisch geweten op de baan:

  • Complexe defecten oplossen: Jij bijt je vast in herhaaldelijke en ingewikkelde storingen tot de lift weer feilloos werkt.
  • Kennis delen & coachen: Je ondersteunt en begeleidt minder ervaren technici, zowel telefonisch als on-site, en helpt hen te groeien in hun vak.
  • Samenwerken & optimaliseren: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-troubleshooters en het technisch departement om onze service continu te verbeteren.
  • Rapporteren: Je koppelt je bevindingen en oplossingen vlot terug aan je supervisor.

ProfielWie zoeken we?

Technisch sterk, communicatief en een echte teamplayer. Dit is jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in het herstellen van liften (bij voorkeur van diverse multinationals) en het oplossen van storingen.
  • Mentormentaliteit: Je neemt graag de verantwoordelijkheid om collega's te helpen in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Communicatief & proactief: Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, klanten en partners, en denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Zelfstandig & stressbestendig: Je bewaart de rust onder werkdruk, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en hebt altijd oog voor veiligheid.
  • In het bezit van: Een rijbewijs B.
