Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor je! Voor de logistieke afdeling zoeken we iemand die zich bezig gaat houden met alle afwijkende pakketten in het order proces. Als Troubleshooter op de logistieke afdeling werk je in een groot en dynamisch magazijn waar jij ervoor zorgt dat het pick- en orderproces soepel en nauwkeurig blijft verlopen. Je analyseert pickregels die niet direct verwerkt kunnen worden en lost deze snel en zorgvuldig op zodat het proces geen vertraging oploopt. Daarnaast pak je manco's en ontbrekende artikelen op en onderzoek je waar deze zich bevinden, zodat elke order compleet kan worden afgerond. Ook controleer en coördineer je artikelen die op andere vestigingen liggen, zodat alles op de juiste plek terechtkomt en bestellingen volledig en correct verwerkt en verzonden worden. Werkzaamheden: - Oplossen van vastgelopen pickregels in het orderproces; - Afhandelen van manco's en ontbrekende artikelen; - Controleren van voorraad op andere vestigingen; - Oplossen van afwijkingen in het magazijnproces; - Bewaken van de voortgang van orders.
