Vacature: AGRON KERP BV is onderdeel van AllParts Agron Automotive met vestigingen in Heerlen en Geleen. Wij zijn als groothandel de totaalleverancier aan personenauto-, truck-, en landbouw-werkplaatsen en aan de industrie. Twee gespecialiseerde werkplaatsen maken deel uit van onze organisatie. Agron-Kerp is daarvan de truckafdeling die onderhoud en reparaties uitvoert aan trailers en vrachtwagens. Bekend zijn wij om onze remmenservice maar ook tachograafservice en APK behoren tot onze specialismen. De locatie beschikt naast de werkplaats onder andere ook over een groot eigen magazijn met truck- en trailerparts. Voor onze werkplaats in Heerlen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren monteur / meewerkend voorman. Als meewerkend voorman ben je onderdeel van en verantwoordelijk voor het werkplaatsproces. Je werkt samen met een klein team ervaren collega's waaraan jij de leiding geeft. Je beheert de planning, staat klanten te woord en je maakt prijsafspraken, werkorders en facturen. Als jij je thuis voelt in een professioneel maar nog informeel, gezellig familiebedrijf waar je technische vraagstukken oplost en daarbij ook contact met klanten leuk vindt, dan komen wij graag met jou in contact. Wat neem je mee: - Ruime kennis van trailer en vrachtwagentechniek. - Oplossingsgerichtheid en een hands-on mentaliteit. - Zelfstandigheid en teamspirit. - Communicatief vaardig en een klantgerichte houding. - APK1 en eventueel een tachograafservice certificering. - Je kunt (of leert) omgaan met een werkplaats management systeem. Wat je gaat doen: - Je werkt samen en geeft leiding aan een team van 2 tot 3 collega's. - Je regelt de planning en werkverdeling in de werkplaats. - Je maakt prijsafspraken, werkorders en facturen. - Je neemt zelf deel aan het werkplaats proces. - Je begeleidt je collega's.
