Voor onze firma, actief in de regio Bilzen-Hoeselt, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren arbeider groenonderhoud.

In deze job krijg je de kans om de leiding te nemen over een kleine ploeg en samen te zorgen voor het onderhoud en de aanleg van diverse groene zones.

Functieomschrijving:

  • Als arbeider groendonderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks onderhoud van tuinen, parken en openbare groene ruimtes.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen je team, zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en ondersteunt je collega’s waar nodig.
  • Je staat in voor onder andere gras maaien, snoeiwerken, aanplantingen en het proper houden van de omgeving.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze vacature van arbeider groenonderhoud ben jij de volgende persoon:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen groendonderhoud, bij voorkeur met een eerste leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je kan een kleine groep collega’s aansturen en motiveren.
  • Je werkt efficiënt, kwaliteitsvol en zelfstandig.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (BE is een pluspunt).
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om buiten te werken in verschillende weersomstandigheden.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Bilzen-Hoeselt.
