Turnaround Advocaten zoekt een ambitieuze jurist die wil doorgroeien naar de functie van advocaat-stagiaire. Je begint bij ons als juridisch medewerker met als doel om vervolgens als advocaat-stagiaire aan de beroepsopleiding te beginnen. Over Turnaround Advocaten Turnaround Advocaten is een gespecialiseerd advocatenkantoor in Utrecht en Best (binnenkort Eindhoven). Wij adviseren en procederen op het gebied van insolventierecht, herstructureringen, ondernemingsrecht, bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid en WHOA-trajecten. Ook worden onze advocaten regelmatig door rechtbanken benoemd tot curator. Onze cliënten zijn onder meer ondernemers, bestuurders, financiers, schuldeisers en andere betrokkenen bij ondernemingen die financieel of juridisch onder druk staan. Juist wanneer belangen groot zijn en eenvoudige antwoorden ontbreken, helpen wij onze cliënten om overzicht te krijgen, risico's af te wegen en de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Wij combineren specialistische juridische kennis met een praktische en persoonlijke aanpak. Geen onnodig ingewikkelde taal of afstandelijke advisering, maar duidelijke analyses, scherpe keuzes en betrokken begeleiding. Vanaf je eerste werkdag draai je volledig mee in onze praktijk. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met ervaren advocaten en curatoren en wordt betrokken bij uiteenlopende dossiers. Afhankelijk van de zaken die op dat moment spelen, houd je je onder meer bezig met: - faillissementen en de juridische en praktische afwikkeling daarvan; - herstructureringen en WHOA-trajecten; - advies aan ondernemingen en bestuurders in financieel zwaar weer; - vraagstukken...
