The posting

Voor een industriële omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Magazijnmedewerker Turnaround / Material Handler. In deze functie ondersteun je het materiaal- en magazijnbeheer tijdens onderhoudsstops en turnarounds.

Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen correct ontvangen, geregistreerd, klaargezet en uitgegeven worden, zodat de uitvoerende teams efficiënt aan de slag kunnen.

Jouw taken

Tijdens turnaround-periodes sta je mee in voor de volledige werking van het tijdelijke magazijn. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Material Coördinator en Construction Manager.

  • Inrichten en organiseren van het turnaround magazijn
  • Ontvangen en registreren van inkomende goederen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en kwantiteitscontroles bij ontvangst
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen of ontbrekende materialen
  • Verpakken en labelen van materialen volgens de bijhorende werkpakketten/job cards
  • Klaarzetten van materialen voor de uitvoerende teams
  • Correct stockeren en markeren van materialen
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige inventaristellingen
  • Bewaken van een correcte en traceerbare voorraad
  • Verplaatsen van materialen binnen het magazijn
  • Ondersteunen bij opruim- en reorganisatiewerkzaamheden
  • Overleggen met de Material Coördinator over materiaalbehoeften, afwijkingen en voorraad
  • Na een turnaround verzamelen en inventariseren van resterende materialen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afronding van het materiaalbeheer
  • Inrichten en organiseren van het turnaround magazijn
