Wat ga je doen:Als financieel administratief medewerker zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie goed en netjes wordt bijgehouden. Je komt terecht in een klein team en krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Je bent vooral bezig met facturen, betalingen en andere financiële administratie. Je houdt goed in de gaten of alles klopt en onderneemt actie wanneer je iets opvallends tegenkomt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inkoopfacturen controleren en verwerken; - Verkoopfacturen maken en verwerken; - Banktransacties verwerken en controleren; - Openstaande facturen van klanten bijhouden; - Contact hebben met klanten en leveranciers over betalingen en facturen; - Betalingsherinneringen versturen wanneer dat nodig is; - Controleren of btw-gegevens goed verwerkt zijn; - Helpen bij maand- en periodeafsluitingen; - Financiële documenten netjes bijhouden; - Meedenken over hoe de financiële administratie slimmer en efficiënter kan.

Wat wij bieden:- Een salaris tussen de €2.700 en €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Een tijdelijke functie voor ongeveer 6 tot 12 maanden, met kans op verlenging; - Werken in een gloednieuw en supermodern kantoor; - Een fitnessplan; - Een fietsplan; - Twee keer per week lekkere broodjes op kantoor; - Een plek binnen een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is.

Over het bedrijf:Je gaat werken bij een groeiend technisch productiebedrijf in Bergeijk. De organisatie bestaat uit meerdere bedrijven en is op dit moment volop in beweging. Deze week verhuizen de verschillende onderdelen naar één groot, nieuw en modern kantoor in Bergeijk. Binnen de organisatie werken ongeveer 120 medewerkers.
