Rekenfaculteit (Reken) Tutor Wij zijn opzoek naar gedreven tutoren De Rekenfaculteit in vogelvlucht Bij de Rekenfaculteit krijgen leerlingen van deelnemende basisscholen, een heel schooljaar lang, extra rekenonderwijs van onze tutoren. Onze high dosage tutoring-methodiek, waarbij gewerkt wordt in kleine groepen met ruimte voor maatwerk, is bewezen effectief. De Rekenfaculteit is in de afgelopen jaren hard gegroeid en volgend schooljaar groeien we verder. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar: Vakspecialist Reken-Tutor Heb jij passie voor rekenen en kinderen en wil je impact maken in het Rotterdamse rekenonderwijs? In de rol van reken-tutor draag je effectief bij aan de ontwikkeling van de kinderen en het plezier in rekenen, door jouw passie voor getallen te delen op diverse basisscholen in het bruisende Rotterdam. In deze rol ben je niet zomaar een tutor, maar een STER-speler die extra rekenlessen verzorgt. Middels een vast curriculum begeleid je kinderen in hun rekenavontuur. Met jouw flexibele instelling en enthousiasme voor leren, ga je aan de slag met een klein groepje leerlingen uit groep 5 of 7 op verschillende scholen. Je kunt rekenen op een team enthousiaste collega's waarbij samenwerking een vanzelfsprekendheid is. Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching waardoor je je werk goed en met plezier kan uitvoeren. Wat ga je doen? - Geeft gerichte rekeninstructie en begeleidt leerlingen in hun ontwikkeling; - Maakt gebruik van activerende en stimulerende werkvormen om de lesstof effectief over te brengen; - Sluit aan bij het niveau en de leerbehoeften van jouw groepje leerlingen; - Werkt zelfstandig binnen een vastgesteld programma; - Past binnen het curriculum eigen werkvormen toe; - Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering van de lessen; - Draagt bij aan een positieve en zelfverzekerde houding ten opzichte van rekenen.
