Vanwege uitbreiding van ons bestuur zijn wij op zoek naar twee algemene bestuursleden (onbezoldigd) We zoeken twee algemene bestuursleden voor Velon, de Vereniging Lerarenopleiders Nederland, om het huidige bestuur te versterken. Als bestuurslid heb je een strategische rol binnen de vereniging die bestaat uit circa 1100 leden en een klein professioneel bureau met vier betaalde medewerkers (2,3 fte), aangevuld met een flexibele schil. Het bureau coördineert, organiseert en faciliteert de activiteiten van de vereniging en het beroepsregister BRLO. De rol van bestuurslid We werken momenteel met een zeskoppig bestuur waarin een collegiale sfeer heerst en er wordt samengewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van de vereniging en de positionering van lerarenopleiders. - Als bestuurslid maak je je samen met de andere bestuursleden sterk voor een krachtig Velon en draag je, samen met de ledenraad, bij aan het bepalen en bewaken van de koers van de vereniging. Het bestuur heeft daarbij een beleidsbepalende rol. Hiervoor spreekt het bestuur over beleidsinhoudelijke vraagstukken en geeft richting aan de organisatie. - Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je Velon in relevante gremia en netwerken. - Als bestuurslid ben je goed voorbereid aanwezig bij de bestuursvergaderingen (ca. 6 keer per jaar in de namiddag te Utrecht of online). Je neemt samen met andere bestuursleden de verantwoordelijkheid voor één of meer beleidsportefeuille(s). De portefeuilles worden verdeeld op basis van affiniteit en deskundigheid. Wie zoeken we? - Je bent actief betrokken bij (de kwaliteitsontwikkeling van en/of onderzoek naar) het opleiden van leraren, bijvoorbeeld als lerarenopleider bij een instituut, (coördinerend) schoolopleider of programmamanager van een partnerschap Samen Opleiden; - Je hebt een visie op het opleiden van leraren en de kwaliteit van lerarenopleiders, die de belangen van de eigen instelling en sector overstijgt; - Je bent in staat om strategisch te denken en te han...
