The posting

Spring naar De ChristenUnie-fractie in Overbetuwe is op zoek naar twee burgerraadsleden en een fractiemedewerker die ons gemeenteraadslid ondersteunen bij het fractiewerk. De fractie Onze fractie bestaat momenteel uit één raadslid (tevens fractievoorzitter) en twee burgerraadsleden, waarvan één met focus op sociale onderwerpen en één met focus op infrastructurele projecten & ruimtelijke onderwerpen. Het raadslid is samen met de fractie verantwoordelijk voor de politieke actualiteit. Formeel gezien heeft het raadslid met de fractie de volgende politieke taken: - volksvertegenwoordiging; - kaderstelling richting college; - controle van het college. De fractie vergadert één keer per maand op het gemeentehuis in Elst ter bespreking van gemeenteraadsvergadering, de politieke avonden en onze eigen politieke agenda. In de fractievergadering worden de onderwerpen op de politieke voorronden verdeeld en voorbereid, bespreken we onze standpunten en doelen. Buiten de fractievergaderingen werken leden van de fractie zelfstandig aan de voorbereiding, waar nodig in afstemming / samenwerking met het raadslid. De fractie wordt op de achtergrond door een lid ondersteund voor berichten op de website en sociale media. Naast de formele en politieke zaken is er in de fractie interesse in elkaar en aandacht voor ontspanning. Momenteel is er in de fractie ruimte voor twee extra burgerraadsleden en een fractiemedewerker. Politieke avonden De politieke avonden vinden twee keer per maand plaats. Eén avond is voor de raadsvergadering. Daaraan voorafgaand is het raadsspreekuur voor inwoners, ondernemers, maatschappelijke organisaties en verenigingen. Op de andere avonden worden in drie parallelle vergaderingen de onderwerpen voor de volgende gemeenteraadsvergadering voorbereid.
